Switzerland is not subject to EU TPD. Snus is legal to sell and buy. The Swiss Tobacco Products Act (2021) regulates tobacco but does not ban snus.
Nicotine Pouches

Nicotine pouches are legal in Switzerland. Regulated as consumer products. Age 18+ applies.
Cigarettes
